Podere Cipresso, a most amazing olive oil from the Umbrian hill town of Orvieto, 10 miles from the Tuscan border of Italy. Podere Cipresso is grown in volcanic soil using a natural, sustainable, dry-farmed growing method. Olives are hand-picked early for increased antioxidants. For centuries, oil from the estate's olive grove was produced for use by the nobility of Orvieto, Siena and Pienza.
